Dear Prospective CBOA LA
Unit member,
On
behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to welcome your
membership into
the California Basketball Officials Association, Los Angeles Unit (CBOA
LA). The LA Unit is continually seeking to
improve
and to provide quality officials. Just
as our staff has committed time this off-season to prepare lesson plans,
training and observation programs, there are requirements of you as an
official, which you will find outlined in the enclosed documents.
Registration
is open and the membership dues are stated on the registration form. To ensure that NASO can process your
registration, and to avoid fee increases, we encourage you to register
early. No walk in payments will
be accepted on any meeting days for returning
members. Dues (and late fees) must be
paid in full in order to be considered for game assignments.

Please note that you must have attended at least one Unit meeting

All instructional materials/kits will
be distributed on Saturday, October 9th from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the State
Farm Office located at 6261
Bristol Pkwy, Culver City,
CA 90230. If you are not available, please
make the necessary arrangements to
have your kit picked up in your absence.
